Stir up your imagination, and register for our first ever Edible BookFest contest.

Contestants will be challenged to create an edible interpretation of a book’s title or theme.

The contest is open to adults, ages 18 and up, and registration forms with contest rules currently can be picked up at the Vacaville Town Square Library. Contestants must register no later than Saturday, June 17, 2017.

The public is welcome to view and vote on contestants’ creations on Tuesday, June 20, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm, at the Vacaville Town Square Library, 1 Town Square Place.

By popular vote, there will be a prize awarded to the first, second, and third place winners.

This event is free, thanks to the Vacaville Friends of the Library.  For more information, call 1-866-57-ASKUS, or visit the events calendar at www.solanolibrary.com.
