Yarnival at the Vacaville Cultural Center Library

By Andrea Klecki

“Yarnival”, a special needlework-themed event, will be held at the Vacaville Cultural Center Library on Feb. 27 from 2 p.m. to 5p.m. Volunteers from the library’s Knot Just Knitters program will be holding demonstrations of needlework techniques, and will be standing by to teach people how to knit and crochet. Knitting needles, crochet hooks, and yarn will be provided. Prize drawings will be held for a variety of needlework supplies. Individuals of all skill levels are welcome to attend the program.

The library is located at 1020 Ulatis Drive. For further information call 1-866-57-ASKUS or look on the library website at www.solanolibrary.com.
