Haunted Toy Shop

“Halloween Visits Suisun City Library” happens this Thursday 10-29 from 6-8 PM.
Last year was an awesome mixed bag, highlighted by a haunted house, Polynesian dancers, reading aloud, crafts, photo booth and other activities. A lot of little kids left the haunted house crying then raced to get back in line, so it must have been pretty good. About 600 people attended dentists’ favorite holiday.
The 2009 event promises to be one for the books. About 50 teens have totally transformed the library’s meeting room into a Haunted Toy Shop. They’ve got killer bunny rabbit outfits, bloody bodies missing limbs and other frightening gear to reduce kids to blubbering blobs. And it should work.
We’re also binging in a dj and large speakers to rock the library for little kids. But don’t worry about that unless you never get enough of “The Monster Mash.” You want to go through the Haunted Toy Shop: again and again and again.
